2018


Bray St. was born
Bray St. was named after the street where our founder, Daniel Dagher, bought his first flat — a nod to where things began. From the start, we set out to be a different kind of agency: independent, decentralised, and designed to break away from outdated industry norms.
Our vision was clear — build a creative model where diversity, inclusion and responsibility aren’t add-ons, but core to how we work. Our global, decentralised team brings together top talent across branding, design, development, video and more – all working remotely, long before it became the norm.
At Bray St., decentralisation means freedom, flexibility, and trust. Associates work in ways that suit them best, wherever they are in the world. It’s this people-first approach that’s allowed so many to do the best work of their careers — and shaped a culture where creativity thrives without compromise.
2020


Empowering people in the most challenging of conditions
When the pandemic hit in 2020, we didn’t need to scramble — remote was already part of who we were. As a distributed agency, we stepped in to help clients and partners adapt, offering tools, messaging, training and cultural support — all at no cost. It wasn’t about business; it was about doing the right thing. Our goal was simple: help teams feel seen, supported, and connected when it mattered most.
2021



Accelerating the innovators of the future
In 2021, we launched our first ESG Accelerator sessions in partnership with TNW and Btomorrow Ventures – created to support purpose-led startups working to change the world. Through brand strategy, messaging, and creative guidance, we helped early-stage businesses sharpen their impact. Standout projects included Cigabrick, Ignitia, Solshare, and Imeko – all pushing boundaries in sustainability, science, and social change.
The programme let us give back in the way we know best: by investing our creativity in brands shaping a better future.
2022

Creating a world without homelessness
We began our partnership with Crisis in 2022 — a charity whose work to end homelessness across the UK deeply aligns with why Bray St. exists: to create real, lasting impact through creativity.That year, Crisis supported over 8,000 people, helped sustainably end homelessness for 1,500+, and launched a grants programme funding 10 local charities. Our relationship started with a donation, but quickly grew into a meaningful partnership rooted in shared values and purpose.
Launched our Go Green initiative
In 2022, we launched our Go Green initiative – a commitment to embedding sustainability into everything we do at Bray St.From reducing paper use and cutting energy waste to choosing sustainable suppliers and eco-certified materials, we focused on practical changes that make a real impact. We tracked our progress through our monthly Business Scorecard, making environmental responsibility part of how we measure success.
2023

Launched employee Handbook
Our employee handbook is a go-to guide that helps us stay connected, aligned, and informed as a team. It covers everything from our culture and values to expectations around behaviour and ways of working. We use it to build trust through transparency, ensure fairness across the board, and keep everyone moving in the same direction. It’s regularly updated so we’re all on the same page—even as things evolve.


Bringing the solar energy
In 2023, our full partnership with Solshare came to life. We first connected in 2021 through the ESG Accelerator, and since then, we've worked together to shape a brand ready for investment and long-term growth.
Solshare’s focus on sustainability, innovation and transforming urban travel perfectly aligned with our values – from bold thinking and equality to creative, collaborative work that drives real change.


Building sustainable homes
In 2023, we partnered with ART (Architectural Recovery Team) on a pro bono project supporting their mission to create sustainable, earthquake-proof housing.Like our work on the ESG Accelerator, this project let us support a startup driving real impact for people and the planet. We helped ART develop a brand that reflects today’s global challenges, offering strategic and creative guidance to amplify their mission.
2024


Our B Corp Journey
In early 2024, we officially kicked off our B Corp journey – a natural step for an agency built on purpose. Partnerships like our work with Friends of the Earth reflected our values in action, and becoming certified proved we met high standards in areas like sustainability, employee benefits, and community impact.As a decentralised team, these values have always been part of our DNA. B Corp status now makes that commitment clear to everyone we work with.

At Bray St. we believe in creating a safer, brighter future for the entire world. The charity Friends of the Earth is an environmental campaigning community committed to the protection of the natural world – making us perfect partners with the nature-based charity.
